Hongyu Mould owns a total of 21 CNC machines, including those from brands such as Makino and YCM, 12 wire-cutting machines, 12 EDM machines, 4 CMM measuring machines, and 8 injection moulding machines from brands like Haitian and Chen Hsong. The moulds processed by the company have dimensions up to 1300*2500*1760mm, with an accuracy of ±0.02mm. Additionally, our company own supporting equipment such as deep hole drilling machines, grinders, and mould fitting machines, which can meet the mainstream mould processing needs of the market.
The company currently has nearly 200 employees, with over 80% being professionals in the mould industry with more than 6 years of experience, including about 40 design and programming engineers.
